Conditions of Booking and Occupancy
- Specials/Saver bookings Terms and Conditions
- Not all units are included in the accommodation specials
- Special offers are subject to availability, date and allotment.
- Specials are not available during Easter or school holidays.
- The resort may be full or close to full during a special period, management reserves the right to affirm or deny a special rate based on availability during these periods
- This special is only available for nominated dates
- The management reserves the right to choose specific apartments for each special. Guests will not have the ability to nominate preferred apartments
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- In the event of cancellation, a refund of the deposit (less an administration fee), will only be made if more than 120 days is given. If the booking is cancelled less than 120 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period and the same value of the original booking. An Administration Fee* of $100.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
- If it is
rebooked at the same price a refund less $100 administration fee will be
sent.
If the apartment is re booked at a less price than the original booking then the short fall will be deducted from the deposit plus the administration fee.
- In rare cases, extended bookings may need to change units during the duration of stay. This will be avoided where possible
- Guests with existing bookings cannot cancel bookings to obtain special rates
